TNG WALLET USERS’ REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) are effective from 9 December 2024 for all customers.

2. INTRODUCTION

The TNG mobile application (“TNG mobile app”) will be retired at 6:00pm on 9 December 2024. You are no longer able to login to the TNG mobile app to conduct transactions per the prescribed timeline.

3. REDEMPTION REQUEST

You may visit our office during office hours by submitting the Redemption form. Please see the required additional document as follows:

For verified membership: HKID card;
For Normal membership: latest 3 months’ phone bill

Special Office Hours from 25 Oct. 2024 to 3 Nov 2024: Monday to Sunday 9:30am to 7:00pm
Office Hours from 4 Nov 2024 to 9 Dec 2024: Monday to Sunday 9:30am to 5:30pm
Office Hours after 9 Dec 2024: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm

The remaining balance will be disbursed in around one (1) month.

4. MANAGEMENT FEES

Starting by 10 Dec 2024, the remaining balance will be divided into six parts and amortized every month. 10% monthly management fee will be applied in the first 2 months. (i.e. 9 Jan 2025, 9 Feb 2025) 20% monthly management fees will be applied in the 3rd to 6th month period. (i.e. 9 Mar 2025 and 9 Apr 2025, 9 May 2025 and 9 Jun 2025)

For example, the monthly management fees will be deducted for the remaining balance of HK$100 shown as table below:

5. WAIVER REQUEST

Waiver of the management fees will be considered upon the waiver requests submitted within 30 calendar days after the management fees deduction. The last date of waiver request will be accepted no later than 10 June 2025.

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.



SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN REDEMPTION PENGGUNA TNG WALLET

1. SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN

Syarat dan Ketentuan (“S&K”) ini berlaku mulai 9 Desember 2024 untuk semua pelanggan.

2. PENDAHULUAN

Aplikasi seluler TNG (“aplikasi seluler TNG”) akan dihentikan pada pukul 6:00 sore tanggal 9 Desember 2024. Anda tidak dapat lagi masuk ke aplikasi seluler TNG untuk melakukan transaksi sesuai dengan jangka waktu yang ditentukan.

3. PERMOHONAN REDEMPTION

Anda dapat mengunjungi kantor kami selama jam kerja dengan menyerahkan formulir Redemption. Harap lihat dokumen tambahan yang diperlukan sebagai berikut:

Untuk keanggotaan yang terverifikasi: HKID;
Untuk keanggotaan Normal: tagihan telepon 3 bulan terakhir

Jam Kerja Khusus mulai 25 Okt 2024 hingga 3 Nov 2024: Senin - Minggu pukul 9:30 pagi - 7:00 malam
Jam Kerja mulai 4 Nov 2024 hingga 9 Des 2024: Senin - Minggu pukul 9:30 pagi - 5:30 sore
Jam Kerja setelah 9 Des 2024: Senin - Jumat pukul 9:30 pagi - 5:30 sore

Sisa saldo akan dicairkan dalam waktu sekitar satu (1) bulan.

4. BIAYA PENGELOLAAN

Mulai 10 Desember 2024, saldo yang tersisa akan dibagi menjadi enam bagian dan diamortisasi setiap bulan. Biaya pengelolaan bulanan sebesar 10% akan diterapkan dalam 2 bulan pertama. (yaitu 9 Januari 2025, 9 Februari 2025) Biaya pengelolaan bulanan sebesar 20% akan diterapkan dalam periode bulan ke-3 hingga ke-6. (yaitu 9 Maret 2025 dan 9 April 2025, 9 Mei 2025 dan 9 Juni 2025)

Contoh biaya pengelolaan bulanan akan dipotong untuk saldo tersisa sebesar HK$100 yang ditunjukkan pada tabel di bawah ini:

5. PERMOHONAN PENGECUALIAN

Pembebasan biaya pengelolaan akan dipertimbangkan setelah permintaan pengabaian diajukan dalam waktu 30 hari kalender setelah pemotongan biaya manajemen. Tanggal terakhir permintaan pengabaian akan diterima paling lambat 10 Juni 2025.

Jika terdapat ketidakkonsistenan antara versi Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia, maka versi Bahasa Inggris yang berlaku.

Announces Strategic Exit from Stored Value Facilities ("SVF") business

We would like to announce to our users that we have decided to exit the SVF business due to our consideration for strategic corporate restructuring and realignment. The decision to exit the SVF business was made after a thorough review and deliberation of the company’s portfolio and business strategies. We are working on a non-SVF business for a total transformation of our business to carry our motto of “Make Your Life Easier”. Do take note of our future announcement. 

Customer Protection

TNG Wallet remains committed to supporting its users, merchants, and service partners  during this transition. We have made sufficient provision for financial and administrative resources to meet the float redemption and relevant administrative processes to ensure that all obligations to users, merchants and service partners are met and that users are provided with the necessary guidance and support. 

The existing independent 3rd Party, Custodian agency, (“Tricor Trust (Hong Kong) Limited”) will continue to act as Custodian throughout the redemption process. TNG will commence the exit process today (25 October, at 4:30pm) and all of the services will be terminated by 9 December 2024. From 4:30pm on 25 October 2024 to 6:00pm on 9 December 2024, all TNG users will be able to withdraw your money in TNG Wallet in various ways (see below service list for more info). 

You are encouraged to withdraw the remaining balance via local merchant payment, FPS/ Bank Transfer, P2P Transfer, and MasterCard Purchase on or before 9 December 2024 6:00pm. All relevant service charges will be waived during the period of 25 October 2024 and 9 December 2024. After the termination of TNG services on 9 December 2024, TNG Wallet App will be retired and the management fees will be applied.
